Yocum guides agency strategy with a focus on marketing, human resources, and talent development. Reynolds directs business development and financial operations. Both have spent the bulk of their careers at Buchanan and were promoted from within — a deliberate choice that preserves the firm's culture and client relationships through the transition. The structure is a clean handoff rather than an outside sale, leaving Buchanan independent and Philadelphia-headquartered.

Anne Buchanan served as President of the organization and remained on its Executive Committee.
