mc Group, formerly Media Consulta, is a Berlin-headquartered international PR and advertising network founded in Cologne in 1993 by Harald Zulauf. It works for businesses, governments and sports bodies and describes itself as the number one agency in Germany and Europe.

Who founded and leads mc Group?

Zulauf founded Media Consulta in 1993 after working as a journalist and PR consultant, according to Wikipedia, and he is CEO. Wikipedia also records that the group moved to Berlin after the German Bundestag relocated from Bonn, and the firm says it won the Bundestag as its first political client in 1998.
