Overview/ Introduction
The Delaware State University (“University”) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide a proposal for Logo Redesign and Market Research. This request for proposals (“RFP”) is issued pursuant to 29 Del. C. §§ 6981 and 6982.

The following dates and milestones apply to this RFP and subsequent contract award. Vendors are advised that these dates and milestones are not absolute and may change due to unplanned events during the bid proposal and award process.

RFP Question and Answer Process
The Delaware State University will allow written requests for clarification of the RFP. All questions shall be received no later than due date and time. All questions will be consolidated into a single set of responses and posted on the State’s website at https://mmp.delaware.gov/Bids/ . Vendor names will be removed from questions in the responses released. Questions should be submitted in the following format. Deviations from this format will not be accepted.
