Casino loyalty programs are the operational backbone of modern integrated-resort marketing. They convert one-time visitors into repeat guests, segment customer value, and concentrate emotional investment across gaming, dining, entertainment, and lodging. The programs below are the reference set of real loyalty and rewards programs operated by U.S. integrated resorts and major casino operators.

  1. Caesars Rewards. Caesars Entertainment's flagship cross-property loyalty program (formerly Total Rewards) offers tiered perks — Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Seven Stars — with redemption for free play, dining, hotel stays, and entertainment. One of the largest casino loyalty programs in the U.S. by membership.
  2. MGM Rewards. MGM Resorts' unified loyalty program, consolidated in 2021 from the legacy M life Rewards. Provides tier-based benefits across MGM properties including room upgrades, dining discounts, and access to entertainment, with integration into BetMGM digital sports betting and iGaming.
  3. Wynn Insider. Wynn Resorts' high-touch loyalty and concierge program for premium guests, providing access to shows, dining reservations, suite upgrades, and Wynn-and-Encore brand amenities.
  4. The Venetian Resort Las Vegas Loyalty. The Venetian (sold by Las Vegas Sands to Apollo Global Management and VICI Properties in 2022) runs Venetian Rewards programs targeting high-rollers and luxury guests with suite upgrades, private event access, and concierge service.
  5. Hard Rock's Unity by Hard Rock. Hard Rock's global loyalty program combines traditional casino rewards with music-and-entertainment experiences, including concert access, music-memorabilia-driven branding, and integration with Hard Rock Bet sports betting.
  6. Mohegan Sun's Momentum. The loyalty program of Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority. Tiered rewards for play, dining, and entertainment with access to exclusive Mohegan Sun Arena programming and partner-property benefits.
  7. Foxwoods Rewards. Foxwoods Resort Casino (owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation) operates Foxwoods Rewards with new-player free-play credits, tiered retention benefits, and integration with Foxwoods' resort and entertainment programming.
  8. The Cosmopolitan's Identity Membership. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas (acquired by MGM Resorts in 2022) operates Identity, providing room upgrades, dining credits, and exclusive event access — integrated into MGM Rewards under the broader MGM property portfolio.
  9. Borgata Rewards. Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, owned by MGM Resorts, operates as part of MGM Rewards with dining discounts, exclusive event access, and free play.
  10. San Manuel Club Serrano. Yaamava' Resort & Casino (formerly San Manuel) operates Club Serrano with tiered benefits, special promotions, and events tailored to loyalty levels — one of the larger Native American casino loyalty programs in California.
  11. Resorts World Rewards. Resorts World Las Vegas (opened June 2021) runs Resorts World Rewards covering gaming, dining, and hotel stays, with technology-forward digital integration that was distinctive at the property's launch.
  12. Red Rock Casino's Station Casinos Loyalty. Station Casinos' Boarding Pass loyalty program covers Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch, and the broader Station Casinos portfolio in Las Vegas locals markets, with cashback, free play, and event invitations.
  13. Casino de Monte-Carlo. The Monte-Carlo Casino Club offers members exclusive access to high-stakes games, luxury services, and special events at the historic Monaco property.
  14. Grand Sierra Resort's GSR Club. Reno's Grand Sierra Resort operates a loyalty program with gaming rewards, dining discounts, and access to special events.
  15. Ocean Casino Resort's Ocean Rewards. Atlantic City's Ocean Casino Resort runs Ocean Rewards with free play, dining discounts, and exclusive event invitations.
  16. Aria's Aria Privé. Aria Resort and Casino (MGM Resorts) operates Privé as the high-end VIP program offering personalized service, luxury experiences, and access to exclusive events — the program sits within the broader MGM Rewards structure.
  17. Tropicana's Trop Advantage. The Tropicana Atlantic City (formerly Tropicana Las Vegas was demolished in 2024 for the Bally's redevelopment) operates Trop Advantage with bonus credits, free play, and exclusive event invitations.
  18. Boyd Gaming's B Connected. Boyd Gaming's loyalty program covers its locals-market and regional portfolio across multiple states, with cashback, comps, and event invitations.

The programs above share three structural features. They integrate gaming, dining, lodging, and entertainment under one redemption framework. They use tiering to concentrate marketing investment on highest-value guests. And they increasingly extend into digital sports betting and iGaming alongside the physical property — MGM Rewards, Caesars Rewards, and the Venetian programs have led the digital-physical integration. For the underlying PR framework that ties these programs to long-term brand presence, see Building a Strong Brand Presence in the Gambling Industry.
