Scope: The selected contractor will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following services:
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
• Attend Chamber events (First Friday Breakfasts, Ribbon Cuttings, Mixers, Annual Gala, Bagel Festival, etc.) to capture photo and video content.
• Manage Chamber social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content.
• Develop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with Chamber initiatives.
• Create branded graphics and digital content for social media.
Email Marketing & Weekly Newsletter:
• Create and distribute the Chamber’s weekly email newsletter to members.
• Develop email marketing
Event Campaigns & Special Projects: Complete comprehensive marketing campaigns for key Chamber events, including but not limited to:
• Annual Fundraiser – Develop all marketing materials, social content, invitations, sponsorship packets, save-the-dates, and promotions.
• Annual Community Awards / Gala – Create a full marketing strategy including social campaigns, email outreach, event signage, sponsorship materials, and print ads.
Print & Advertising Campaigns:
• Design printed marketing materials such as posters, billboards, flyers, rack cards, event signage, and advertisements.
• Assist in the strategy, design, and placement of paid digital and print advertising.
Additional Design Services:
• Creation of visual assets for promotional use across all platforms.
• Consistent application of Chamber branding across all materials.
Proposal Requirements: All proposals shall include at a minimum:
• An introduction of yourself/your company, qualifications, and relevant experience.
• Portfolio or examples of previous social media and marketing work.
• Proposed pricing structure (hourly rate, monthly retainer, or package options).
• Estimated availability per week or month.
• Your approach to marketing, community engagement, and brand promotion.
