Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education Issues Marketing RFP
Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education (State System) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain marketing services for the Office of the Chancellor and the State System’s 14 universities.
The State System of Higher Education (State System) was established by statute on July 1, 1983 and comprises 14 universities. The State System serves about 105,000 students, making it the largest provider of higher education in Pennsylvania. It also employs more than 12,000 faculty and staff, making it one of the largest employers in the Commonwealth. In accordance with Title 62, Commonwealth Procurement Code, the State System facilitates a competitive bidding and contracting process. The Office of the Chancellor’s Strategic Sourcing Office supports the 14 universities, the Dixon University Center, and State System@Center City Philadelphia, and is responsible for identifying strategic contracting opportunities and establishing best-value contracts in partnership with its Offerors.

The State System is seeking proposals from qualified marketing firms with proven experience and expertise in providing marketing services.
