Foundations for the Future Charter Academy Issues Marketing RFP

The overall objective of this Marketing and Communication Partner RFP for FFCA to establish a contract with an experienced vendor to provide marketing and communication support services.

Background:

FFCA serves a diverse population of students with a wide variety of academic interests and abilities, offering a program of studies to students from Kindergarten to Grade Twelve. High quality learning experiences are provided for just over 3,500 students in seven campuses (four elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school) located in Calgary. Spanish instruction is offered from Grades Four through Twelve and English language (ESL) instruction is offered to those students whose first language is not English.

FFCA’s educational pillars include:

  • direct instruction
  • multi-sensory teaching
  • explicit phonics
  • structure and discipline
  • sequential mastery learning
  • character education
  • parental partnership

Scope of Work:

The services required may include:

  • Development of a marketing and communication strategy for target audiences and stakeholders which may include, but not be limited to:
  • current students, parents/families, and staff;
  • prospective students, parents/families and staff;
  • prospective international students, parents/families and organizations;
  • educational, research and/or business partners;
  • government,
  • Design and publication of key hardcopy and/or digital marketing and communication materials which may include, but not be limited to:
  • strategic and educational plan overviews;
  • informational and/or promotional documents;
  • informational and/or promotional videos;
  • Design and publication of core documents in digital format (e.g. indexed and hyperlinked pdf files) such as:
  • Distinctive teaching and learning framework
  • Inclusion framework
  • Assessment, Evaluation and Reporting framework
  • Support the development of FFCA brand clarification, standardization & protection processes and materials
