Central Susquehanna Issues Marketing RFP
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking proposals to develop comprehensive marketing services to promote our agency and the services we offer.
Background:
Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. (known as CSO) is a regional, private non-profit, community-based, charitable organization that is dedicated to helping people make positive changes in their lives and assisting their communities to grow. As an organization, CSO empowers the communities and citizens of our region to develop and maintain self-sufficiency by providing employment-related and other supportive services, and by partnering with agencies with similar missions in order to fill the gaps in services that are needed to address poverty at the local level.

Scope of Work:
- Serve as the advisor for the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Develop a marketing plan focused on branding CSO.
- Advise CSO on maintaining brand consistency.
- Make recommendation on brand advancement.
- Develop a strategy for marketing CSO’s resources to our own citizens and communities to encourage them to take advantage of them.
- Provide website design improvements.
- Provide social media strategy development, content, and execution.
