STATEMENT OF WORK:
A. REQUIRED SERVICES, DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE.

Contractor shall provide OSU with the following services during the Term of this Contract.
a. Provide expertise and recommendations to help meet OSU goals, including but not limited to:
awareness of and interest in OSU Cascades, inquiries (lead generation), meeting or exceeding
Admissions goals and applications meeting or exceeding Admissions goals.
b. Place and manage digital advertising, including help creating or reworking ads from existing
materials, if needed.
c. Perform audience targeting, using behavioral, interest, demographics, retargeting, geofencing,
custom lists, and other applicable and appropriate methods to achieve OSU goals.
d. Optimize delivery of creative, audience targeting techniques and channel placement.
i. Channels are likely to include: Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, display ads,
keyword search, and others recommended by Contractor.
e. Provide monthly reporting and feedback on:
i. Overview of creative assets running
ii. Performance of campaigns (i.e. organized by funnel stage and audience)
iii. Performance of creative assets
iv. Performance of targeting approaches
v. Conversions such as inquiries and applications
vi. Engagement rates
vii. Recommendations
f. Provide regular updates to audience targeting as necessary. For example, uploading new
names for custom lists.
g. Assist with setting up conversion tracking (conversions often happen across domains).
h. Annually, provide a summary that OSU can use when planning annual advertising strategy.
Summary should include: lessons learned, trends, emerging tactics, and performance summary.
B. ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES.
Services furnished under this Contract are subject to acceptance by OSU. If OSU finds services
furnished to be incomplete or not in compliance with the Contract, OSU, at its sole discretion, may
either reject the services, require Contractor to correct any defects without charge, or negotiate with
Contractor to reduce the price, whichever OSU deems appropriate under the circumstances. If
Contractor is unable or refuses to cure any defects within a time deemed reasonable by OSU, OSU
may pursue any of the remedies for Contractor’s default detailed in that Section above.
C. BUSINESS REVIEWS.
Contractor will participate in Business Reviews as requested by OSU Procurement, Contracts, and
Materials Management. Business Reviews will be scheduled by the Contract Administrator in OSU
Procurement, Contracts, and Materials Management and will include attendance by OSU
representatives, and Contractor’s Regional Representatives. The reviews may include discussion of
Contract terms and conditions, work performed under the Contract, financial data, proposal of
Contract improvements for increased service or lower costs, and any potential changes to the
Contract.
