Scope: Dallas College intends to establish a pool of suppliers for Advertising Specialties, Promotional Items, Apparel, Trophies, Plaques, and Awards Services that successfully respond to this RFP. Dallas College does not guarantee any quantities or dollar amounts relating to this proposal, as items and/or services will be purchased on an “as needed” basis with available funding. Supplier orders will be selected based on the supplier that offers the lowest price and, or to the supplier based on supplier’s delivery response time or a combination of price and delivery response time or at Dallas College’s discretion.

The proposer will be required to provide Advertising Specialties, Promotional Items, Apparel, Trophies, Plaques, and Awards Services to Dallas College locations throughout Dallas County on an as needed basis. The proposer will be required to provide promotional items which may include, but are not limited to the following products:

• Screen printed T-shirts, hats, and other apparel

• Embroidered apparel including polo shirts and hats

• Writing instruments such as pens, pencils, highlighters, and styluses

• Plastic conference bags

• Bags – including tote bags and drawstring bags

• Banners and signs

• Backpacks

• Cups, mugs, koozies and tumblers

• Stickers and decals

• USB drives and chargers

• Lanyards

• Notepads, binders, or sticky notes for promotional use

• Sunglasses

• Any tangible promotional items that can be imprinted with Dallas College’s name, logo, or marks.

Dallas College is requesting a fixed percentage discount from products offered by Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) suppliers, non-ASI suppliers and other sources as designated by the Company. Supplier is asked to provide a percentage discount off manufacturer’s list price. The proposer shall describe any miscellaneous costs, which may include set-up fees, screen, or plate charges (if applicable) on a cost sheet. If more than one charge applies to the item, the cost must be listed. Most items will require a logo and text.

We reserve the right to request a current copy of each manufacturer’s catalog with list pricing from the awarded supplier. A percentage discount off the manufacturer’s list price shall remain the same throughout the life of the contract. The supplier shall be responsible for providing new/current price lists as the manufacturer releases them. Failure to provide an updated price list prior to a purchase order being issued for promotional items shall result in the supplier honoring the price listed in the catalog that has been previously provided to Dallas College.

Successful Company’s representative shall work with Dallas College personnel to aid in planning purchases, if required, and order placement. Dallas College requires the representative(s) be available to provide customer service/support to the Dallas College during normal business hours throughout the Agreement's life.
