Digital Marketing RFP Issued By University of New Hampshire
The University System of New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as USNH or Owner) representing the University of New Hampshire, College of Life Sciences and Agriculture is requesting proposals from digital marketing agencies to design and execute a paid and organic marketing campaign including but not limited to content development; design of ads and landing pages; media placement; brand message refinement; SEO; and target audience segmentation. The selected firm will work with COLSA’s dean and communications director to raise awareness in the state of New Hampshire of COLSA’s undergraduate programs.
The UNH College of Life Sciences and Agriculture is the oldest of five colleges at the University of New Hampshire. We are scientists, scholars and educators who combine teaching with a passion for research and public service. Our work to understand the nature of biological systems, manage and conserve natural resources, improve agricultural profitability and sustainability, enhance health and nutrition, and foster economic development has helped earn UNH nationwide recognition as a top-tier land, sea and space grant university.
Scope of Work
The successful firm will design and implement an integrated paid and organic digital communications campaign for the college that raises awareness of COLSA’s undergraduate programs, increases website traffic, generate leads, and drives applications/enrollment. The immediate goal is to produce 400-500 qualified leads we can deliver to UNH Enrollment Management during the 2022-2023 enrollment cycle. The end goal is to grow enrollment by 10%, beginning with the 2023 incoming class, which translates to about 45 new students. To hit that goal, we estimate needing to attract approximately 350- 400 new applicants. Our primary audience is high school juniors and seniors in New Hampshire. We’re also interested in reaching guidance counselors, teachers, and parents in the state. We will consider more regional marketing if necessary to reach our goal, but we feel that there is significant opportunity within the state that isn’t being realized because there isn’t adequate awareness and understanding of the programs COLSA offers.
