The Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Services (BHS) provides the people of Milwaukee County with a comprehensive array of quality behavioral health services. Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), which is a Medicaid entitlement that provides a coordinated and comprehensive array of recovery, treatment, and psychosocial rehabilitation services, continues to expand in Milwaukee County.
