NC State University (hereafter referred to as NC State) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional marketing and communications services in accordance with the Scope of Work specified in this document. The Goals of this RFP are:
  • To support the NC State brand and mission
  • To support NC State, its colleges, divisions and other major entities’ marketing and communications activities
  • To support university activities including but not limited to recruitment, retention, degree completion and student access

Scope of Work:

Marketing and communications services provided shall include:
  • Media buying, placement and monitoring with emphasis on online and digital platforms
  • Market research, analysis and counsel
  • Campaign development: conception, planning, creative development, production and reporting/analysis
  • Web development, including content creation and optimization
Audiences targeted by these activities will include:
  • Current and prospective undergraduate and graduate students
  • Current and prospective continuing education students
  • Parents of students and prospective students
  • Alumni and Donors
  • Industry partners and potential partners
  • General public
  • North Carolina state legislators
  • Federal and other Grant-funding agencies
