Rubenstein Public Relations Expands Real Estate Client Portfolio

Communications and media strategy firm Rubenstein Public Relations has announced they have expanded their real estate portfolio by signing two new clients, Century Properties and CanCan Casino Resort & Spa. The company now represents a little under thirty clients from the real estate business, which is quite an accomplishment, seeing how big of a hit the crisis has brought to this particular field of business. Century Properties is the largest privately held real estate development firm in the Philippines and one of the fastest-growing private real estate firms in Asia. Founded in 1986, Century Properties currently has 63 buildings under management and development in the Philippines and United States, and has completed real estate transactions in Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia. They have received numerous honors, including the Consumers Choice Award for Real Estate, the National Product Quality Excellence Award for Best Philippine Real Estate Firm and Outstanding Housing Developer from the Philippine Business World Quality Awards, among others. CanCan Casino Resort & Spa and a French-themed village located on the banks of Mississippi's Gulf Coast, will soon break ground on a 18-acre site located along the historic waterfront city of D'Iberville. It will include a 60,000-square-foot casino; 90,000 square feet of retail, including restaurants, night clubs, and shopping; 550 hotel rooms; and a freestanding wedding chapel. It is the first ground-up casino, hotel, and retail development on the Gulf Coast since Hurricane Katrina and is expected to create approximately 2,000 new jobs. Rubenstein’s Real Estate division will develop individualized  PR programs for the new clients mixing their experience in the filed in both traditional media outreach and special events design and management.
