The State of Tennessee, Department of Transportation is seeking an agency to assist with media marketing & advertising for the design, production, reports and administrative reconciliation services to assist the Governor’s Highway Safety Office (GHSO) in its efforts to inform and educate the public of highway safety issues and for other State objectives.
The GHSO is responsible for encouraging good driving and safety behaviors on highways and roadways throughout the State.
The state is looking for someone to assist with promoting, educating and disseminating information on highway safety issues and highway issues through a variety of mechanisms. They will use Public Relations, Public service announcements, as well as paid spots to promote this concept.
The estimated budget for said project is believed to exceed $10 Million annually, and preference will be provided to Tennessee based agencies. They seek to hire an agency prior to Thanksgiving, 2015 to commence with work.
