Visit Florida has issued an RFP for a digital marketing agency to communicate with meeting professionals and provide information regarding VISIT FLORIDA’s VIP events targeting meeting professionals in following target markets: Washington DC, Chicago, New York City, Boston and Atlanta. The selected vendor will develop a digital marketing campaign strategy, develop or create necessary creative, provide a responsive digital design, and be responsible for analyzing campaign performance.
VISIT FLORIDA will provide content/messaging and email list of meeting planners. VISIT FLORIDA anticipates the digital marketing campaign will include up to 6 email communications per market. The digital campaign will start early March 2016.
VISIT FLORIDA is the State of Florida’s official tourism marketing corporation and serves as the official source for travel planning to visitors across the globe. VISIT FLORIDA is not a government vendor, but rather a not-for-profit corporation created as a public/private partnership by the Florida Legislature in 1996. VISIT FLORIDA was one of the first public private partnerships in the country and has been repeatedly recognized as one of the leading destination marketing organizations (DMOs) in the US.
