VISIT SPRINGFIELD DESTINATION VIDEO PRODUCTION & PHOTOGRAPHY
The deadline for submitting a proposal is Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 3:00 p.m
INTENT:
The intent of this request is to obtain proposals and pricing, from qualified vendors, to shoot, edit and finalize video content and photography for promotional use for the Springfield CVB as a destination marketing tool.
The final product will be utilized via web, social and as a presentation of our destination to potential convention groups. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the specifications listed in this RFP. This project will be executed using funding from a State of Illinois Route 66 Grant. Vendor must follow any applicable grant procedures as provided by Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau.
PROJECT:
Capture, edit and final production of a destination marketing video for Springfield, IL. The video will be under 3:00 and also cut into 1:00 and 2:30 segments as well. Any b-roll captured will be utilized for marketing as well and should be considered part of the scope of work which SCVB will have full access and rights to use.

All lighting, equipment, travel, materials, talent and time should be included in bid price Editing should include music, rights and permissions for use Talent sourcing and coordination of persons needed to capture desired shots should be included in bid price.
