CITY COLLEGE OF SAN FRANCISCO ISSUES MARKETING RFP
City College of San Francisco requires the services of a firm or firms to provide Enrollment Marketing and Advertising Services. This RFQ is to pre-qualify and to establish a pool of firms that will be asked to provide professional services including response to work orders, task order and/or request for proposal and or quotes.
Background:
CCSF/District is a public, two-year community college accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community & Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Since its founding in 1935, CCSF has evolved into a multicultural, multi-campus community college that is one of the largest in the country with an annual enrollment of over 60,000 students. Our student body is one of the most diverse in the country. CCSF offers courses in more than 50 academic programs and over 100 occupational disciplines. There is a full range of credit courses leading to the Associate of Arts and Science degrees, most of which meet the general education requirements for transfer to four-year colleges and universities. Its main campus is on Ocean Avenue, with 8 additional instructional and administrative satellite centers throughout San Francisco. Together, there are 78 acres of landscaped plazas and walkways, athletic facilities, parking lots and roadways, with 2 million square feet of classroom, laboratory, office, athletic, student union, performance, and enterprise and support facilities.
Scope of Work:
In preparation of the City College of San Francisco requirements for Enrollment Marketing and Advertising
Services, the following scope of work has been drafted:
1. CCSF intends to engage the services of a qualified firm to develop and distribute College communications. The selected firm will be expected to, at a minimum, perform the following as part of the effort:
Project Initiation:
a. Review recent campaigns, advertising metrics and enrollment impacts
b. Review and analyze historical enrollment data
c. Conduct a high-level analysis to determine current market penetration and untapped market opportunity.
Deliverables:
a. Prepare a draft enrollment marketing plan outlining the findings and recommendations based on the completion of the tasks described above, including acquisition, retention and upsell tactics.
b. Recommend a plan to incorporate brand guidelines and produce promotional materials across nearly one hundred college departments and ten instructional locations.
c. Include an annual budget
