Huron University College has a vision to equip the next generation of post-secondary students with wisdom, foresight and integrity. We need a visionary digital partner to help us achieve this goal by creating a website and digital marketing strategy that positions us as top-of-mind for students who want to receive elite education in an educational institution that privileges ethical conduct as much as academic excellence.

Scope of Work:

Website

  • Artistic direction that supports our goal of standing out and effectively sharing our unique value proposition
  • Intuitive site navigation structure and content management system
  • A responsive site with mobile compatibility, dynamic content on the home page, social media integration, virtual tours, feedback mechanisms and online forms
  • A responsive app to accompany the website
  • Must work within the current infrastructure
  • Search engine optimization (pre-launch and ongoing)
  • Comprehensive site analytics and reporting mechanism
  • Measurement plan to demonstrate the effectives of the website in attracting relevant traffic, usability and ability to convert visitors in student registrants
  • All features must meet the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act requirements for making the website and web content accessible

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • A forward-looking strategy that measurably increases awareness of and engagement with Huron’s digital presence
  • Demonstration of the effectiveness of the campaign through the evaluation of key performance indicators is essential
  • Communicate Huron’s core messages and amplify Huron’s external image in a meaningful and memorable way
  • Utilizes diverse media channels to define Huron’s unique advantage
  • Prioritizes shareability
  • Reduces duplication, and enhances searchability and audience engagement
  • Combines organic (e.g. social media and content marketing) with paid approaches
  • Complements and enhances ad campaigns
  • Paid advertising strategy (e.g. PPC, retargeting, etc.) with measurable objectives, a clearly defined budget and support with the development of targeted key words to boost organic and paid reach
