Legendary Pictures Buys Its Very Own FIVE33 Marketing

In entertainment related PR news, Thomas Tull and Legendary Pictures has just acquired in just acquired strategic marketers FIVE33. The Los Angeles and London based marketing firm will be integrated into the overall Legendary scheme of operations according to the company news via Deadline Hollywood.

Through this deal, FIVE33 is to work with Legendary exclusively helping the picture company’s high profile stable of filmmakers gain even more traction. At least this is how the press for the acquisition reads. The announcement  made by Legendary President and Chief Creative Officer, Jon Jashni and FIVE33 CEO and Founder, Emily Castel, is characterized by the statement below from Jashni:

“Legendary now has a world-class strategic marketing team and contributor who will be accretive to our ongoing effort of delivering high-quality content to audiences everywhere. FIVE33’s unique skill set and pedigree will be of enormous benefit to Legendary as we deliver the full potential of our brand experience and IP slate. Legendary’s upcoming “Man of Steel” may well be the most anticipated film of the new decade. Clearly it will be part of FIVE33’s job to ensure audiences never ever tire of the world’s most beloved and resilient super hero. Zach  Snyder’s Directorial masterpiece may well wear the ever untarnished symbol “S”, or at least the film will possess a cast any epic would be thrilled to credit.
