Media Buying RFP Issued in Georgia
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to collect information from qualified suppliers on the procurement and administration of a Statewide Contract for media buying, advertising, and public relations services.
Objective
The objective of this RFI is to obtain specifications and information to improve the statewide contract for media buying, advertising, and public relations. This evaluation could result in development of a solicitation based on the information provided.
Scope of Work:
The state desires to evaluate all potential cost savings and service models to satisfy the requirement of the aforementioned. Proposed recommendations may include, but should not be limited to the following topics:
o Multiple awards verses single award –Regional vendors or sole provider to cover entire State of Georgia
o What media buying, advertising, and public relations service options are available industry-wide and how are they priced?
o Average estimated cost for market research, creative work, campaigns, and media buying placement.
o Pros and cons of utilizing full service (including market research, campaign creation, and media buying) versus a brokerage style of purchasing media buying placements.
o Recommended industry standards for media buying, advertising, and public relations.
o Standard industry Special Terms and Conditions associated with media buying, advertising, and public relations.
Eligibility Criteria/Qualifications
Responses are requested from suppliers that have relevant experience in media buying, advertising, and public relations.
Submission of Information
Qualified suppliers should submit response recommendations identified in the Scope section of this RFI. In addition, suppliers should complete the Comment/Suggestion document beginning on page 3 by answering the questions in the spaces provided. Submit one original response via Team Georgia Marketplace by 12:00 PM EST, December 4, 2020.
