Targeted Victory Paid $1 Million for 55 Tweets Representing Saudi Arabia??

Nobody wants to look bad, and Saudi Arabia is no exception, so they work often with PR firms, especially in efforts to distance their country from any association with the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act. And the Department of Justice shows paperwork filed by Targeted Victory, a DC public relations firm, represented the Saudi kingdom netting a payday of over $1 million to create advertising campaigns and send 55 tweets representing Arabia Now. The website for Arabia Now is run by Qorvis Communications.

Former digital director for Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign, Zac Moffat, is the founder of Targeted Victory. He was also a Republican National Committee strategist. It looks like the firm did actually do more than 55 tweets and work on the campaign. They also managed analytics and advertising through other social media platforms.
