Razorfish, a Publicis Groupe agency, has launched R-Index, a proprietary data solution developed with Google Cloud. Utilizing Google Cloud BigQuery, Looker Studio, Sensitive Data Protection, and AI tools like Vertex AI, R-Index offers a detailed view of a brand’s marketing performance. Currently piloted with clients like New York Life, R-Index stands out for its ability to measure brand sentiment and equity among consumers. “R-Index bridges the gap between complexity and clarity in brand analysis,” says Razorfish’s chief data and analytics officer, Sisi Zhang. It allows brands to accurately analyze consumer needs and motivations, enhancing marketing strategies to drive performance outcomes.
