Earlier this year, the discount supermarket chain announced plans to remove all palm oil products from its shelves by the end of 2018. Makeup Companies Using Men to Market Products

In 2016 Maybelline and CoverGirl both made a leap by announcing male models as spokesmen for their makeup brands via social media. A first. They say putting on makeup isn’t gender specific. Men wearing makeup isn’t really new, but it’s still not seen as common. David Bowie, Alice Cooper, Boy George, and others have worn makeup as part of their performance and life. But bringing in male models and makeup artists to showcase makeup in a more general setting is new. CoverGirl, err, CoverBoy? James Charles is a high school senior and makeup artist. In fact, according to a study done by the American Press Institute, 69 percent of Americans get their news from online sources. Most of these sources would rather not hire someone to research and write a story from scratch, no matter how interesting the subject. They prefer to publish an already well-crafted piece, without paying a dime for it. But how does... Read More >

Pharma Herbs

If you are one of the households still watching television programing, you know pharmaceuticals feature big on their amount of ad time. As we get closer to summer and the Dem and Republican Party National Conventions, there may be a battle between political and pharma ads to see which fills in more time between programming.
