Montclair State University in New Jersey has issued an RFP for an ad agency to perform position announcement and legal ads placement for Montclair State University.

- MSU requires the services of an advertising agency to place faculty, staff and administration position vacancies and public bid notices in newspaper and other publications, including electronic media, i.e., web.
- The awarded agency will arrange for media contracts and placement of classified ads. In addition, they will display advertising according to the University specifications.
- The University requires design and layout of all ads from draft copies provided to the advertising agency within twenty-four (24) hours. This includes phototypeset, proofread, camera-ready or mechanical art, electronic/digital for individual media
