Virginia Beach Visitors Bureau Working with Finn Partners

Finn Partners was named the U.S PR AOR to the Virginia Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau, in an attempt to get people back to the beaches and improve the city’s suffering tourism industry. The PR firm is going to create an integrated program with social media, marketing communications along with media relations, to drive awareness and promote future bookings for Virginia Beach, Virginia. When the Virginia Beach City Council provided funding to the bureau so that it could help the city’s tourism industry with recovering from the pandemic, it decided to work with Finn Partners.

SHIFT Communications Increases Client Roster

The integrated communications agency named SHIFT Communications, which works to help businesses thrive and break through, has added over 20 new clients since March. Due to the pandemic’s difficult landscape for businesses, many companies, including TELUS International, Lynx Software, Plex Systems, GoHealth, and MediaAlpha, have all looked to SWIFT Communications for help in their PR and marketing campaigns.

SHIFT Communications has a B2B technology practice, which has further added both emerging businesses and globally renowned businesses to the roster of clients. Xero Appointed Peppercom as Corporate PR Agency of Record in the US

Peppercomm has been appointed as the agency of record in the US for the global small business platform Xero (ASX:XRO). The business platform was founded in 2006 in New Zealand, and these days, it serves over 2 million subscribers all over the world. Xero was also the first business that established its cloud-based accounting software all over the globe, thus connecting small business owners and their financial advisers with the necessary financial information on any device, at any time and in any place.

These days, Xero’s activity extends far beyond its initial financial record keeping services, to include a product suite with a thriving ecosystem of over 800 apps, over 200 connections to banks and financial service providers, as well as 70,000 users of its API and developer tools. Working with Peppercomm is going to drive brand awareness for Xero in the U.S., and the platform will also receive support at key events and conferences.

W2O Acquires Discern Health

The leading independent provider of analytics-driven and technology-enabled marketing and communications solutions in the healthcare industry, W2O, acquired Discern Health last month. Discern Health is a health economics ad outcomes research consulting firm, and it will be providing policy solutions and strategic direction to life sciences companies, health insurers, as well as government and nonprofit agencies.

Discern Health works with healthcare organizations in counseling them on the performance measures and innovative payment models, and strengthening and quantifying clinical and real-world evidence strategies.
