The Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission (AGLC) requires graphic design and copy writing services to support the development of creative assets for marketing and communications materials on a regular basis. Graphic design elements may be required to promote casino and other gaming products, responsible gambling, responsible drinking, compliance, human resources and other related programs. Graphic design and copy writing services for marketing campaigns and promotions may support larger integrated campaigns where the campaign concept will be provided. Some elements will align to supplied, branded guidelines and creative assets while others may be open to exploration for the creative concept. Design and copy writing will cover a wide variety of products which require printed materials (posters, brochures, reports, point of sale (POS) components such as coasters, mirror clings and floor decals). Advertising executions in digital and print mediums (such as print ads, billboards, digital banners, etc.), websites and infographics, and other associated marketing components. A Crown commercial enterprise, the AGLC is an agent of the Government of Alberta and operates under the Gaming and Liquor Act. The AGLC’s role is to administer the Gaming and Liquor Act, Regulation and related policy. The AGLC is responsible for regulating Alberta’s charitable gaming activities and conducting and managing provincial gaming activities.  The AGLC generates revenue for the province and the people of Alberta which contributes to the growth of Alberta’s economy, the prosperity of communities, and the well-being and quality of life of Albertans. The Proponent(s) shall provide Graphic Design Services during the term of this Contract.
