Empanelment of advertising agencies to undertake print, electronic, & outdoor media, designing, printing and exhibition-related jobs along with management of social media page as per details mentioned in tender document.
Background:
Incorporated in 1998, IGL took over Delhi City Gas Distribution Project in 1999 from GAIL (India) Limited (Formerly Gas Authority of India Limited).
The project was started to lay the network for the distribution of natural gas in the National Capital Territory of Delhi to consumers in the domestic, transport, and commercial sectors. With the backing of strong promoters – GAIL (India) Ltd. and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) – IGL plans to provide natural gas in the entire capital region.
The two main business objectives of the company are –
- To provide safe, convenient and reliable natural gas supply to it’s customers in the domestic and commercial sectors.
- To provide a cleaner, environment-friendly alternative as auto fuel to Delhi’s residents. This will considerably bring down the alarmingly high levels of pollution.
The transport sector uses natural gas as Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), the domestic and commercial sectors use it as Piped Natural Gas (PNG) and R-LNG is being supplied to industrial establishments.
Scope of Work:
Scope of work for the empaneled agencies would be to carry out various promotional campaigns/ activities including audio-visual advertisements, short films/ corporate films, radio jingles, public relations activities, events & exhibitions, social media campaigns, on ground activities, etc.
1.2 Publication of Notices invited Tender (NITs), Expression of Interest, Classified Advertisements, Financial Advertisements, AGM speech advertisements, recruitment advertisements, corporate advertisements, product advertisements, internet advertisements and other matters related to statutory requirements in leading newspaper editions.
1.3 Designing, printing and production of Annual reports, folders/ brochures/ pamphlets/posters/ house journals and other print jobs as may be required from time to time.
1.4 In case of display print advertisements, on the basis of the designs submitted, the agency selected by the committee can be asked to release the display advertisements, as required.
1.5 For electronic media, the empanelled agencies can be asked to present/submit the concept of the film. The agency could be chosen by committee on the basis of creativity.
1.6 For designing and printing, the agency whose design is selected could be awarded the job.
1.7 For events and exhibitions, the agency with most imaginative and creative model/ design/concept, can be selected by committee and asked to undertake the execution as per the selected design.
1.8 The award of outdoor publicity work to the empanelled agencies can be based on creativity in the job.
