The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences (ACES) Office of Marketing and Communications requests proposals from responsible vendors to meet its needs. A brief description is set forth below, with detailed requirements in subsequent sections of this solicitation. Brief Description: The College of ACES is seeking a vendor
to assist with the development and execution of a College-wide strategic and
integrated marketing plan that was developed by the College of ACES to improve
brand awareness, increase student recruitment, and advance donor support and
increase the College’s endowment. The vendor will collaborate with the College
of ACES to execute marketing content.

Scope of Work:
The University of Illinois College of ACES Office of
Marketing Communications seeks a vendor to assist with an integrated marketing
plan developed by the College of ACES. The vendor will develop marketing
strategy and materials while collaborating with the College of ACES to execute
the marketing strategy. The College of ACES will own all marketing and creative
content at the end of the project.
Vendor’s services must meet the requirements of this
section. You must create a comprehensive plan as part of your response to
address at least all the mandatory specifications. Be sure each applicable
response below includes citations to the page and section referenced in your
comprehensive plan. Vendor must respond to each specification criteria in the
order as outlined in the below portion of Section 5.
