ADVERTISING AND COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES

Purpose:

The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) has established a contracting opportunity to provide the following as detailed in Scope of Services, Exhibit A: LACMTA’s Marketing and Communications Department is seeking the services of a full-service advertising and communications agency to recommend integrated media plans, negotiate rates, procure approved Metro media advertising schedules/activities, develop creative assets, manage media billings, deliver research Point-of-View and provide data analytics email(s) are sent with a Delivery and Read receipt for their records.

We serve as transportation planner and coordinator, designer, builder and operator for one of the country’s largest, most populous counties. More than 9.6 million people – nearly one-third of California’s residents – live, work and play within our 1,433-square-mile service area.
