The company aims to expand internationally, necessitating restructuring and new hires. Pinterest plans to fill six positions by June but hasn’t finalized details. Nolan, with previous roles at Meta, Tesla, and PwC, is leading the changes alongside Shen, her former colleague. Mallard’s responsibilities include external comms, following the merger of marketing and communications teams. Despite changes, Mallard’s role remains stable.
