Collected Strategies is a New York strategic communications firm that launched on July 9, 2023. The New York Times reported on July 9, 2023 that several Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher executives were starting the firm with Ed Hammond, a longtime M&A reporter for Bloomberg. The firm's launch release says Hammond covered corporate deal-making and shareholder activism at the Financial Times and Bloomberg and founded Bloomberg Television's Deals Report. The launch release describes Scott Bisang as an adviser to senior executives, chief communications officers and investor relations practitioners for nearly two decades, and says Jim Golden spent the first half of 2023 advising financial institutions during the bank crisis, including First Republic and PacWest. Golden's speaker biography says he was a Joele Frank partner from 2005, spent two years defending a company against a short attack and was named to PRWeek's 40 Under 40 list in 2019.
