Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) is seeking proposals for a firm able to provide market research and general marketing services for the organizations Online Learning Initiatives and create a report based on the market research that identifies to CNM opportunities to offer/convert existing programs in a fully online format and new online academic and workforce programs.

CNM is particularly interested in offering online programs that bring new students to the college including non-traditional learners and international students. The chosen agency will conduct a broad-based market research and analysis of the current and forecasted size of the online higher education market delineated by student type (e.g., traditionally aged student, adult learner, workforce/corporate student, international student etc.)

They are also seeking an agency able to recommend and implement how the College can position itself competitively in terms of its program offerings and engage in discussions regarding best practices in achieving successful online associates degrees, certificate and workforce training opportunities. The College plans to use this information to assist in informing strategic decisions regarding program needs and future plans for expansion for an online college.

CNM is the largest community college in the State of New Mexico providing year round instruction.  CNM has an enrollment of approximately 27,000 students in both the fall and spring semesters with approximately 15,000 students enrolled in the summer term.  The current Full Time Enrollment (FTE) is 16,415 students.
