SAP Enlists Edelman for PR Business

German software company SAP has started working with Edelman, after previously working with the PR company for a number of SAP businesses and business units. Before deciding on Edelman, SAP was reviewing a number of different PR companies across Germany and the US, before making its final decision about the multimillion-dollar account. Furthermore, SAM has also restructured its business in the recent past to center more around modern cloud computing, including deep machine learning, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and blockchain.

MSL Working with EMEA Subway

Subway’s UK, Ireland, and EMEA offices have started working with MSL on the company’s corporate reputation, including crisis management and public affairs. While working with Subway, MSL is going to be providing counsel for the brand-building CSR programs and will also be helping the company navigate the pandemic by communicating all the changes that Subway will be making in-store.

This is an excellent opportunity for MSL, as the firm will be building its own reputation with extended and critical stakeholders, as well as driving an inclusive sustainability program that starts from the core of the business, all the way to the broader team for all the new campaigns.

Kind Working with Mars

Kind North America, the leader of healthy snacks, which is represented by Brunswick Group, has agreed to be acquired by candy giant Mars Inc. in a deal estimated at around $5Bn. Back in 2017, the Snickers, M&Ms, Twix, and Skittles manufacturer acquired a minority stake in the healthy snacks corporation and had been privately distributing the healthy bars in 35 countries.

Now, the Kind International and Kind North America departments will be merging into a single entity, while also being complemented by the team at Mars Inc. This will further advance this popular health and wellness platform.
