In support of the Washington State Target Zero Plan, the Department of Licensing (DOL) Motorcycle Safety Program (MSP) is working with the Washington Traffic Safety Commission (WTSC) to eliminate traffic deaths and serious injuries by 2030. This project furthers these efforts by showing public service announcements promoting rider training at theaters throughout Washington.
DOL’s objective is to improve driver and motorcycle rider behaviors through effective messaging to targeted demographics. The goal is statewide coverage and distribution of the PSA, with a geographic emphasis proportional to the number of fatalities in each county between the years of 2012-2016.
SCOPE OF WORK
The primary objective of DOL’s communications work is to improve driver behaviors through effective messaging to targeted demographic segments and the public as a whole.
Proposal Due Date is February 14, 2017
