The Everything-PR directory lists PR firms, PR agencies and public relations companies profiled since 2009, organized alphabetically, by specialty and by region. Each profile covers founding history, ownership, specialties and notable clients. To compare firms instead of browsing them, use the ranking of the top 26 PR firms in the U.S.

How this directory works. Firms are profiled based on editorial judgment of market relevance: active client work, recognized industry standing, category leadership, or regional dominance. New profiles are commissioned by the Everything-PR editorial team. Ownership, leadership, and firm-size data are drawn from company disclosures, O'Dwyer's rankings, PRWeek reporting, and public trade press. Rankings and ordinal positioning live inside the by-specialty sections below and in EPR's dedicated ranking indexes (PR Firms by Specialty, Top Crisis PR Firms 2026, AI Communications 100). The A-Z is an index, not a ranked list.
Firm-size bands. Enterprise = 500+ employees or $100M+ revenue. Mid-market = 100 to 499 employees. Boutique = under 100. Size bands are noted on flagship-tier firm entries in the by-specialty sections. Where a firm's data is not publicly disclosed, size is inferred from office count, disclosed revenue, or O'Dwyer's rankings.
Corrections and inclusion requests. Spot an error, a stale fact, or a firm we should be profiling? Email editorial@everything-pr.com. The team reviews inclusion requests on a rolling basis.

For how these firms fit into ownership structure and holding-company consolidation, see The PR Industry Map.
The Everything-PR directory of communications agencies: every firm we have profiled, indexed three ways. Search alphabetically, browse by specialty, or filter by region. Profiles cover founding history, ownership structure, specialties, notable clients, and competitive positioning. Updated continuously as new profiles publish. For daily news on the agency category, ownership, leadership, M&A, new business, see EPR PR News. This directory also serves as the master hub for Everything-PR's sector-specific PR Firm Rankings Series; see the sibling indexes linked at the bottom of this page. For the full ordinal Top 26 ranking with methodology, see The 2026 PR Firm Rankings.
How to Use This Directory
This page is built for three different kinds of visits, and it helps to know which one applies before scrolling. If you already know a firm's name, use the A-Z index below or the letter jump links to go straight to its entry. If you're comparing options within a discipline, financial communications, healthcare, technology, crisis, entertainment, jump to the relevant specialty section using the by-specialty jump links, where firms in the same category sit next to each other for direct comparison. If you're scoping a market by geography, whether a specific U.S. city or an international market, the regional sections at the bottom group firms by where they actually operate, not just where they're headquartered. New York, the largest PR market in the world by headcount, has its own dedicated ranking: see Best Public Relations Firms in New York.
A few entries are marked (profile pending), meaning the firm is confirmed active and editorially relevant but does not yet have its own dedicated Everything-PR profile page; those firms are still listed here with the summary detail available at the time of indexing. Firm-size bands and specific figures (headcount, revenue, office counts) reflect the most recent disclosure EPR could verify at the time of each firm's last profile update, not necessarily today's figure, so treat them as directional rather than current-quarter accurate. Firms that have closed are marked as closed.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a PR firm and a PR agency?
There is no meaningful difference. The terms PR firm, PR agency and public relations company are used interchangeably for businesses that provide public relations services.
Who are the top PR firms?
Everything-PR ranks 26 leading U.S. firms in four tiers, led by 5W, Edelman, Weber Shandwick, FleishmanHillard and Burson. See the full ranking of the top PR firms.
How many PR firms does Everything-PR track in this directory?
The directory indexes every agency Everything-PR has profiled since 2009, alphabetically, by specialty, and by region. The count grows as new profiles are commissioned and published by the Everything-PR editorial team.
Is this directory a ranked list of the best PR firms?
No. The A-Z index itself is alphabetical, not ordinal. Ranked comparisons live in EPR's dedicated sector indexes, including the Top Crisis PR Firms 2026, the AI Communications 100, and the specialty-specific rankings linked throughout this page.
How does a firm get added to this directory?
Inclusion is editorial, based on active client work, recognized industry standing, category leadership, or regional dominance, and firms do not pay for placement. Requests to correct an entry or propose a firm for inclusion can be sent to editorial@everything-pr.com.
What do the firm-size labels (Enterprise, Mid-market, Boutique) mean?
Enterprise firms have 500 or more employees or $100M or more in revenue. Mid-market firms run 100 to 499 employees. Boutique firms have fewer than 100. Where a firm doesn't disclose headcount or revenue, its band is inferred from office count or third-party rankings like O'Dwyer's.
A-Z: All Firms in the Directory
Every firm with an Everything-PR profile, in alphabetical order. This is an alphabetical index, not a ranked list: ordinal positioning lives in the by-specialty sections below and in EPR's dedicated ranking indexes. For founding history, leadership, size band, and specialty detail, see the by-specialty sections below.
